After many years' experience in international managerial positions in sales and marketing, Benno Lohausen joined the edding Group in 1999 as Marketing / Sales Manager. Since January 2000, he has been managing this division in his capacity as Board Director and is responsible for the strategic alignment of the company, for safeguarding and developing existing markets and for tapping new areas of business.

Responsible for the Finance, Personnel, Organisation and IT departments.
Per Ledermann joined edding AG as a Director on 1st January 2005. As a student of law, Mr Ledermann completed his finals in 1999, before going on to do masters degrees at two of the leading business schools in the USA. After this, he went on to gain experience in international consulting and management. Mr Ledermann is responsible for the Accounts, Controlling, Personnel, IT, Organisation and Legal departments.
